Well “Hip Hop is dead” like my manĀ NasĀ would affirm, especially with the proliferation ofĀ Trash…Ā em sorry Trap Music,Ā with every known main stream rapper all sounding wack!

That’s why I decided to go deep through the Amazon Stores, to forage through the collection for so much trash and finally made away with these hot new plaques all for your listening pleasure, so let me present in no particular order the hottest Hip Hop albums rocking the Amazon.com stores now

  • Paranoia: A True Story [Explicit]Ā by Nas’s protege Dave EastĀ comes in this category as one album to grab now. Ever Since this Harlem born native got some main stream appeal, Dave has gone over the top to cook hot hip hop songs, 90’s story telling style. This Album features 13Ā  hot tracks with collaborations from Nas, Whiz Khalifa, Chris Brown, French Montana and Jeezy like Paranoia [feat. Jeezy] [Explicit] The Hated (Skit) [Explicit], Ā The Hated [feat. Nas] [Explicit] ,Phone Jumpin [feat. Wiz Khalifa] [Explicit] and many other sounds. Though contemporary in every sense of the word with a lil trap shit here and there,Ā Dave EastĀ dropped some hot street vibes that kinda defines what hip hop is all about. The only snag here’s that there was no 100 percent originality, however he complemented this effort by featuring some of the hottest heads in hip hop. You can follow the link on the cover art to sample this song and get to feel the vibe!

  • Still Striving [Explicit]Ā if you truly love everything trap, thenĀ A$AP FergĀ takes you on aĀ trappy rideĀ in thisĀ 14 album trackerĀ featuring some of hip hop royalty and legends like Meek Mill, Busta Rhymes,Ā A$AP Rocky, Dave EastĀ and the trap kings themselvesĀ Migos. With tracks like-Ā Trap And A Dream [Explicit], Rubber Band Man [Explicit], Olympian [Explicit]feat. Dave East, Aww Yeah [Explicit]feat. Lil Yachty,Ā What Do You Do [Explicit]feat. NAV,
Coach Cartier [Explicit]feat. Famous Dex.Ā Mad Man [Explicit]feat. Playboi Carti.
Plain Jane [Explicit]Nasty (Who Dat) [Explicit]feat. Migos,Ā Mattress Remix [Explicit]feat. A$AP Rocky, Playboi Carti, Rich The Kid, & Famous Dex and some other mad trap jams, I’m no fan of trap music, but if you love it, then this album might just get you started. Especially if you love fast talking rhymes like my manĀ BustaĀ drops his stuff, then it’s a no brainer!

  • Project Baby 2 [Explicit]Ā Kodak BlackĀ aside controversy is one rapper with appeal, and this album has all the juice to get him to the top of hip hop royalty. This album brings out the hard work in Kodak as he sweats it all out in thisĀ 19 tracker albumĀ with collaborations from fellow hip hop acts. With tracks likeĀ Versatile [Explicit],Ā Change My Ways [Explicit],Ā Roll In Peace (Feat. Xxxtentacion) [Explicit],Ā 6th Sense [Explicit],Ā Don’t Wanna Breathe [Explicit] ,Ā Need A Break [Explicit],Ā First Love [Explicit] ,Unexplainable [Explicit],Ā My Klik (feat. John Wicks & JackBoy) [Explicit],Ā Transportin’ [Explicit]Ā and some other hot stuff. One thing that I kinda love aboutĀ Kodak‘s brand of rap is the laid back and nursery rhyme style, that gets you in the mood for listening. He has the old school hip hop appeal and he kindaĀ CooliodĀ up making you reminisce aboutĀ The Gangster ParadiseĀ crooner! phew!

  • Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy [Explicit]Ā TheĀ A$AP MobĀ familyĀ takes their fans to some high octane paparazzi with the complete gang comprising ofĀ Ā ASAP Yams, ASAP Bari, ASAP Illz and other top Asap dogs likeĀ ASAP Rocky,Ā ASAP Ferg,Ā ASAP Twelvyy,Ā ASAP NastĀ and ASAP Ant; all in the mix. ThisĀ 17 track bangerĀ saw the crew making collaborations with other notable acts likeĀ Playboi Carti, Gucci Mane,Ā Quavo, Lil Uzi Vert & Frank Ocean. It featured tracks like –Ā Skool Bus (Skit) [Explicit]Ā Perry Aye [Explicit]feat. A$AP Rocky, A$AP Nast, Playboi Carti & Jaden Smith Please Shut Up [Explicit]feat. A$AP Rocky, KEY! & Gucci Mane Blowin’ Minds (Skateboard) [Explicit]feat. A$AP Rocky, A$AP Nast, A$AP Ant, Chief Keef & Playboi Carti,Ā Black Card [Explicit]feat. A$AP Rocky & Smooky MarGielaa, Walk On Water [Explicit]feat. A$AP Twelvyy, A$AP Ant, A$AP Nast, A$AP Ferg & Playboi Carti and other doped out rhymes making the cut. This album’s got all the paraphernalia of every hip hop delight and tends towards garnering more awards and critical acclaim for theĀ A$APĀ gang!

  • 1 Up Top Ahk [Explicit]Ā Timothy “Mozzy” Patterson AKAĀ MozzyĀ came outta the underground rap scene to hit the mainstream after his 2015 albumĀ Bladadah.Ā In this latest effort,Ā heĀ gets all his fans started with this gangster styled rhymes laced with some hard punchlines. He featured mostly underground acts likeĀ Lex Aura, Lil DurkĀ etc. He also hadĀ Dave EastĀ do his thing in thisĀ 16 trackĀ album that wreaks of gang and some posse shit.Ā MozzyĀ kept his street appeal as he goes on strutting his lyrical prowess in tracks like –Ā Mandated [Explicit](feat. June), Ā Like You Say You Do [Explicit],
Take It Up With God [Explicit](feat. Celly Ru), Sleep Walkin [Explicit],
Tomorrow Ain’t Promised [Explicit](feat. Rexx Life Raj, Boosie Badazz & E Mozzy) Unfortunately [Explicit](feat. June)- other tracks that got the nod on the album list includes-Ā  Momma We Made It [Explicit](feat. Jay Rock) . Outside [Explicit](feat. Lex Aura, Lil Durk & Dave East),
Stay Over There [Explicit](feat. YFN Lucci & Kolyon) Ā and a host of others. This album is ideal for all gangster rap lovers, especially in an industry that trap is almost becoming ubiquitous Ā to the detriment of real hardcore hip hop.Ā MozzyĀ makes an effort to bridge that divide via this effort!

  • Luv Is Rage 2 [Explicit]Ā After his hot collaboration withĀ Trap kingsĀ Migos in the hot chart topping singleĀ Bad and BoujeeĀ  ,Ā Lil Uzi VertĀ has shown that he’s got profound mainstream appeal as he gets his acts right and his game on thisĀ 16 track bangerĀ which featured top R & B heavyweight The WeekndĀ and the legendary producer, singer, rapper and mogul- the indefatigable Pharrel Williams. I was a lil taken aback when I noticed the absence ofĀ MigosĀ or at least their lead actĀ QuavoĀ ostensibly missing in action. However, the efforts of Pharrel and of course the Weeknd, truly helped this album move up the ladder of prominence in its first week of release, garnering some rave reviews and more. The album had on its list, top songs like-TwoĀ® [Explicit], Ā 444+222 [Explicit] , Sauce It Up [Explicit] , No Sleep Leak [Explicit], Ā The Way Life Goes [Explicit],
    For Real [Explicit]
Feelings Mutual [Explicit], Ā Neon Guts (feat. Pharrell Williams) [Explicit] , Early 20 Rager [Explicit], Ā UnFazed (feat. The Weeknd) [Explicit] and a host of other beautiful tracks that made this album rock solid. I make bold to say thatĀ Lil Uzi VertĀ is no more lil but a more of a hip hop biggie, especially with his meteoric rise in the scheme of things and in everything rap and music related.

***This is theĀ PART[1]Ā of this list, stay tuned for the concluding part***
