Hey there, we are at another time of feeling that old school vibe. In this weeks back in da days, we are grooving to the fathers of hip hop.
There has been some talks about the true rap vibes. Some said trap is trash and that hip hop rap is the real deal.
We have had rap evolve info trap, a blend of sounds and rap together. Back in the early 80’s and 90’s, we had good vibes from those that began rap.
Although rap wasn’t much accepted back then as it was seen as a means of promoting violence. Maybe because it mainly started from the black mans streets.
Gradually rap became the means of the black man standing his ground as a strong and fierce warrior.
With time lots of audience fell in love with rap as we had rappers like TuPac, Dr Dre, DMX and many others.
Ever since the previous decade, rap evolved into something called trap and it seemed like most rappers became singers.
It all started with Lil Wayne bringing up the mix in songs like Lollipop, A Milli and others…..
Then artist like Drake, Future, Quavo, 2 Chains and more came up with the new generation rap called trap.
I just had to throw some light on this, today we are gonna listen to the fathers and generators of rap.
