Born Michael Ibidapo Obanla in Igbesa Ogun State Nigeria; he had his post-primary education in Iju Grammar school.
Then proceeded to the National Open University of Nigeria. for his tertiary education.
Growing up in a family with strong Christian views; this truly shaped his character and outlook to life.
He started out singing in the choir. It could be easily deigned that this was where he got his first exposure as an Artist.

I wasn’t given full support at first when I started music professionally, all they wanted is to just go to school, so I was just doing music secretly, until the day my Dad saw my picture on stickers around the hood, that was the day I won his heart and gained his full support
