Seun Grace is an indigenous gospel music aficionado whose ability in birthing a new music genre I’ll regard as “Conscious Gospel” is quite legendary. And he showcases that ability in this new banging single he titles – “HELELE”

Helele is a pidgin English phrase or slang that translates thus as “Powerful” especially in the context in which Seun Grace utilizes it, in this awesome rendition that narrates the upheavals and intrigues associated with spreading God’s word and his abundant mercy.

I truly loved the hook and the soft tempo that ushers this song, not forgetting the seamless transition and vocals enlisted, dropped with top notch lyrics that gives you a vivid picture of the semantics this track is wholly enmeshed in. I specifically loved the infusion of some street vibes that serenaded the entire presentation, I also loved the way Seun parsed the message, albeit ghetto, but not drowned in secular harmonics.

The track was produced by Just Prince, a guy who understands how to blend rich afro vibes over a slow tempo, all laid back but contemporary and finished superbly, I kinda felt the awesome manner the lyrics, vocals and beats all synced. Some kudos goes out to Seun Grace who held out strongly as he sonorously sang this ghetto gospel to the amazement of the listener.

Helele is a track for everyone, it could swing both as a gospel sound as well as Street vibes, you can sing along with Seun as he drops the hook like it’s hot, hear him:

“u be helele, helele b ur name o…”
