Sommy G once again drops top notch vocals in this new and almost slow tempo vibes, and he calls this one – Amanda and he carries along another ace lyricist –Hytarget, whose lyrical input in Igbo, kinda gives the entire rendition some animated enthusiasm.
Funny enough, Sommy has consistently maintained his lover boy mien like he did in his previous outing (For Your Love). This novel effort of his still looks good for the charts, especially with the blend of cools tunes, good pitch and awesome lyrics; then delivered sublimely by both Sommy and his counterpart Hytarget.
Amanda is a song that assumes some rather quick beats and delivery, and talks about the love interest of our boy Sommy G, even as he is mesmerized by the charm and beauty of the former.
I really loved the infusion of a bit of high life rhythm albeit succinctly, then the racy manner in which the duo jumps on the track to resonate with the tempo and rhythmic symphony the song boasts of, and in the process, show some high level of artistic creativity embedded in their acts.
The track was mixed and mastered by Vic Iyke who made the combo that normally would have been a cacophony of beats, a compilation that still endears to all lovers of this genre.
The song deserves some listening and you could very well do that by downloading, sharing and gyrating to this musical effort by the duo of Sommy G and of course Hytarget.
