Yeah y’all, #ThankGODisFriday #TGIF baby! and to get y’all parry buffs and freaks all started, we’ve compiled a list of the hottest club banging, jamming and carousing tunes for your listening and partying pleasure.
So sit back people and lets help you get your freak on!
1. On the Low by Burna Boy

Burna Boy can invariably beat his chest and say with no fear that this is Burna Season, with a hot track like On the Low topping almost every chart, dominating airplays and video views; I mean this is the track you should ask your DJ to hit you with as you go clubbing and grooving this Friday
On the low is an Alternative Afro Caribbean pop tune dropped with the best of beats, top notch concessional lyrics and superb delivery from Burna himself.
2. Amen by Falz

Coming off his Moral Instruction Album, Falz takes his tirade further on the ills of society in Amen, a track that looks at the flamboyance displayed by supposedly men of God and the abuse of trust reposed in them by the members.
The track took a swipe at the men who use religious bodies in furthering their financial empire; I bet this could be regarded as an expose. Regardless, you can still get on the freak side this Friday with this awesome track.
3. Woman by Tekno

Since losing his voice (publicity stunt we believe); Tekno is a known serial hit maker and he showcases that in this slow rhythmic highlife cum pop tune he calls- Woman; a track celebrates the woman asserting that the place of a woman is never in the kitchen; rather any woman can aspire to be anything including a president- Hear him:
dem say woman place na for the kitchen…
she supposed to fry all the chicken
no supposed to talk for the meeting
concern herself with the cleaning
my mother is a woman she can talk like a…..
The track is some sort of a subtle reply to the President’s assertion that the place of his wife -Aisha, is in the kitchen and other rooms! ha ha!
What better way to celebrate the International Day for Women (8th March).
4. Yawa by Banks Music with Reekado Banks X DJ Yung

After taking his exit from the Mavin Music Family, Reekado Banks has truly shown that he could do things on his own and not behind the shadow of the boss- Don Jazzy; and he makes this affirmation in this banging track he calls- Yawa and he worked with DJ Yung to make this happen.
Yawa is an Afro calypso track with a Naija flavored twist, with borrowed phrases from 2baba’s nfana ibaga track. A true party banger and a mood tuner, especially for those who want to dance, loosen albeit slowly but sexily, all on the dance floor.
5. Madu by Kizz Daniel

Kizz Daniel‘s No Bad Songz Album had a potpourri of hot tracks and “Madu” was one of such tracks.
A full party & club banger, one with so much fanfare and riotous symphony (whatever that means); you could feel Kizz as he takes this track to you, sending you subtly to get your dancing shoes on and sweat it out on the dance floor #TGIF STYLE.

Timaya takes the 6th spot on out hot party bangers list with this power tune he calls – Ah Blem Blem

Ah blem blem- A track that packs so much heat and if you can’t stand it(the heat I mean), you can just simply leave honorably or better still do what’s best which is-get your freak on this Friday.
Again, make sure you do what others are doing- blend in all shouting Ah blem blem and join the plantain seller do what he knows best which is entertaining his fans with good music!
7. Woske by Olamide

The YBNL boss (Olamide); takes to the street with this hot and sizzling single he titles- Woske
Again, Olamide showcases his street cred and why he will always remain the King as far as this genre is concerned.
8.Tere by Kizz Daniel feat Diamod Platinumz

Here Kizz Daniel adds some East African flavor to make his No Bad Songs album a true collection of evergreen singles as he teams up with Tanzanian music ace- Diamond Platinumz in Tere.
9. Nkwo by Slow Dog

When oriental lyrical king- Slow Dog decided to get back into the mainstream, he did that in style in this highly invigorating indigenous rap rendition he titles- Nkwo
A track that get you in the weekend mood as you gyrate and flow deep into the rhythm and beautiful harmonics this piece boasts of.
Done in Igbo, Nkwo is a track that sets you in the groovy mood as we make this day #TGIF memorable and then also celebrate our woman today being the International Day for Women.
10. Logo Benz by Lil Kesh feat Olamide

Lil Kesh hooks up with former boss and mentor – Olamide in this thought provoking and rudimentary Afro pop/fusion sound he titles – Logo Benz
A track for the gate crashers, party goers, carousers, slay mamas & poppas and just anybody ready to get musically high in this high octane tune that makes this #TGIF one helluva day and one that you’ll reminisce for a very long time.
