WANDE COAL is popularly known for his wonderful music skills especially when it comes to love songs, His major hit song Ololufe is considered one of the greatest Nigeria love songs.

He has an amazing voice and so much creativity when it comes to the Africa music style. From blues to hip hop and Dance hall, WANDE COAL is truly a musical Legend.

WANDE COAL started out singing at his church in the teenage choir and then later in the year 2006 he got signed to Mo’hits Records. He was amongst the stars of the now defunct Record label.

Mo’hits Records broke up and then Don Jazzy who was the boss, rebranded the record label and gave it a new name MAVINS RECORD
Few weeks after, WANDE COAL left the record label due to some issues and then he opened his record label BLACK DIAMOND.

WANDE COAL dropped some mad hits back then like Bumper 2 Bumper, Taboo, See mi ri, Baby hello and many more…..
Since his new wave, he released some wonderful love songs like Superwoman & Wish list.

He has over 20 awards to his credit. He won the NEXT RATED HIP HOP WORLD AWARDS 2008, AFRICAN ARTIST OF THE YEAR GHANA MUSIC AWARDS 2010, ARTIST OF THE YEAR 2010 HIP HOP WORLD AWARDS, SONG OF THE YEAR 2010 HIP HOP AWARDS and so much more.

We can say the year 2010 was a big one for WANDE COAL as that was the year he won lots of awards from his early hit songs.

Although he hasn’t been too active in the past year, we are hoping he gets his Groove back again. We can’t forget such a wonderful act.
