Keeping fit is one of the coolest & sure ways of living long in this life; and we understand this.

That’s why we created this playlist to help you break off some sweat while you work those muscles and get slim and fit.

So get ready- where you at ? at home, the gym of even in your office.

1. Work it by Korede Bello

Yes going by the name it’s natural that this track assumes the number one spot and for the right reasons too.

Korede Bello truly brought the heat on this track – Work it, and the choreography here is one perfect for a nice workout session; I mean you could do a Push up, Triceps buildup and just about anything that could help break the sweat while you gyrate to the sexy symphony and slow rhythm that the song wreaks of.

2. Work ‘n’ Grind by King Perry

King Perryy takes this slow rhythmic piece he calls – Work ‘n’ Grind to every fitness buff.

I mean you could do a bout of Bicycle crunches, cross over punches, butt bridge exercise and more; this music could be enlisted for workout routines mainly for the ladies, and King Perryy did one helluva job bringing this slow tune together for y’all fitness gurus to vibe at.

3. Balance by Timaya

Coming off his Chulo vibes Album, Timaya brings in some work and sound together in this slow and conscientious tune he calls –Balance

With this track you could get some balance while keeping it hot on your workout mat.

But make sure as a lady you don’t get your ass smacked in the gym while sexily gyrating to the vibes and sound coming off this track.

4. Flex remix by CDQ feat King Promise

CDQ helps y’all burn some calories in this remix of his hit track Flex; and he brings in Tokyo crooner and Ghanaian music star, King Promise to make this happen.

Flex is a fast paced track and could come in handy for group workouts and calisthenics, and the infusion of the saxophone and flute sounds, coupled with the vocals from King Promise, and of course song owner- CDQ, who held things down lyrically in his native Yoruba language

5. Oyi by 2Baba feat HI-Idibia

2Baba brings his iconic status to the fore in this afro pop tune with contemporary naija with a bit of reggae in this not to fast and not too slow but moderate sound he calls- Oyi, and features – HI- Idibia to help complete the circle.

This track is most suitable for rotational spins, and could come in handy during personal or group sessions.

6. Sensima by Skiibii feat Reekado Banks

Sensima by Skiibii featuring former Mavin star man- Reekado Banks is one of the most perfect tracks that could help you during an abs workout

Skiibii and Reekado showcased some rather unbelievable chemistry in this track; and this could be attributed to the suitability of this track to take off some unneeded fats, and while you dance to Sensima, be sure to work those hips well, and for all those scared of lifting free weights, then be sure to make this song your workout muses.

7. Jo’ by Dammy Krane feat Zlatan & Olamide

Dammy Krane came back to the game after his unfortunate stint in a US prison for some misdemeanor with this fast and rather racy track he calls- Jo’ ; and he brings with him to this lyrical tirade, two of the street’s finest and indigenous rappers- Zlatan & Olamide.

Jo’ is most suitable for biceps and triceps push-ups, and could still come in handy for sit-ups and pike workouts.

8. Samena by Chinko Ekun feat Peruzzi

Chinko Ekun hookups with DMV points man- Peruzzi in this built for calisthenics kinda sound he titles- Samena

A fast paced musical piece that could help you become a big loser in the positive way in no time. Perfect for midriff exercises and I tell you, if you are lady, then this track can help you with some twerking and werkin’

9. Undertaker by Lil Kesh

Lil Kesh undertakes some lyrical heavy lifting here in this new track he titles- Undertaker

Lil Kesh goes a bit slow here, typical for an instructor to help a lady in distress, especially the ones having issues with dong those major push-ups, Undertaker is the perfect tune with the right tempo to get this straight and going

10. Choko by Tekno

The Jogodo exponent drops yet another banger in this slow rhythm tune so perfect for buildups, and he titles it- Choko

***Editors pick- Work it by Korede Bello & sensima by Skiibii feat Reekado Banks***

Well I hope you burnt out some not too useful fats and calories by dancing to these vibes- make sure you factor it in your work session either in sets, and see how your road to getting that banging bod you’ve always craved for begins with a simple dance, and I bet these tunes up there will do the magic.
